Hotel Axa is exactly what you need, it is quiet because it has soundproof windows and the high prices (140 euros for a double) drive away noisy groups of tourists. It has all the facilities you need: cable TV, AC, phone, fridge, fitness center, heated pool, restaurants. I have their phone number, it's 02/2481 2580.
