The 216 meters high tower is well worth a trip - the surrounding area is full of nice Art Nouveau buildings, and the tower, although very modern and stark, is not without a certain charm, and it has had a set of giant crawling babies added to it as an art project! These are 6 feet long and made of ebony and look quite bizarre. The tower has a high speed lift going up to a series of three viewing cabins with all the visible landmarks detailed on boards. Just below is a restaurant and tea room. There is a website for any information you might need, www.tower.cz
