Here you have the data, I got from a Czech phone directory: Ambulance: phone 155, Police: phone 150. The Canadian Medical Center: 1 Veleslavinska street, phone 0602/335670; The American Medical Center: 48 Janoskevho street, phone 807 -7569. You can also try the 112 service, I think it's available in all European countries, Czech Republic included.
